…… um Verwobenes, Verwirrtes, Verzwicktes und Verstricktes; um einen gestrickten Leit_faden; um Nabelschnüre, Spiralen und um ein Labyrinth; um Gedanken zur Wende und zum Wechsel; um Verfallsdaten; um Schneckenhäuser und Erinnerungen, um Lebensräume, Lebenswege und -bilder, um Augen_Blicke und Kreis_läufe, um textile Kunst und Handarbeit, um Alleinsein und Gemeinschaft….
……de espacios vitales, sendas e imaginarios vitales; de un hilo conductor tricotado; de cordones umblicales, espirales y de un laberinto univiario; de reflexiones acerca de las idas y venidas, de las vueltas que da la vida y las que damos a lo largo de ella; de fechas de caducidad, de caracolas y recuerdos; de instantes y cíclos; de arte textil y artesanía; de tejemanejes y entretejidos; de soledades y companías….
…… about living spaces, paths and living imageries; about a knitted guiding thread and the threads that guide us, from the umbilical cord to the spirals and labyrinths we find ourselves in; about reflections on the comings and goings, the ups and downs on life; about dates of expiry, about memories; about moments, cycles, and seasons; about textile art and traditional craftwork; about solitude and company……

……y de 410 día que faltan para que llegue a los 50 años. 410 días en los que se cumpliran los 20 años al lado de mi pareja, Lea se hará mayor de edad, Uli cumplirá 1o; 410 días en los que me aproximaré a lo que un empresario español hace tiempo denominó “la fecha de caducidad de la mujer”, una nueva vuelta en la senda de la vida de una mujer; 410 días para plantearme mi futuro profesional como artista, volver a buscar un nuevo hogar, aquí o allá, y seguir buscando una ubicación para el KUKU; 410 días para recomponer mi ilusión …. 410 días en los que me quiero conceder el tiempo para reflexionar sobre mi andar por el laberinto de la vida.
Un experimento. Ni idea qué va a salir de ello……
…. und um die 410 Tage bis zu meinem 50. Geburtstag. 410 Tage in die der 20. Jahrestag an der Seite meines Lebensgefährten fällt, Lea volljährig wird und Uli seinen 10. Geburtstag feiern wird: 410 Tage in denen ich mich dem annähern werde, was ein spanischer Unternehmer vor ein paar Jahren als “das Verfallsdatum der Frau” bezeichnet hat; eine neue Wende auf dem Lebensweg einer Frau; 410 Tage, um mir über meine berufliche Zukunft Gedanken zu machen und mich als Künstlerin neu zu definieren; 410 Tage um ein neues Heim zu finden, hier oder sonstwo, und einen Platz fürs KUKU; 410 um meine Lust zum Träumen wiederzufinden …. 410 Tage, in denen ich mir die Zeit zugestehen möchte, um über meine Wanderung durch das Labyrinth des Lebens nachzudenken.
Ein Versuch. Keine Ahung, was dabei herauskommen wird…..
…… and about the 410 days until my 50th birthday. When these 410 days are over, I will have spent 20 years living with my parter, Lea will have become an adult and Uli had his 10th birthday; During these 410 days I will get closer to what a Spanish businessman once defined as „a woman’s expiry date“, a new turn in a woman’s life; 410 days to consider my professional future as an artist, to find a new home, here or elsewhere, and keep looking for a location for the KUKU; 410 days to regain my hope and wish to dream; 410 days during which I want to find the time to reflect on my way through the labyrinth of life.
